The proposed approach

Eligibility comes first.

Any IQVS application support would operate through an appropriate registered provider. Provider arrangements, responsibility for identity checks, charges and the supported application route must be confirmed before applications open.

Basic, Standard and Enhanced are different checks. Standard and Enhanced checks require an eligible role; they are not general upgrades. Scotland and Northern Ireland have their own checking routes.
