How it works / Preparing to launch
A clear process.
From the first conversation.
Your purpose shapes the work. We begin by understanding the result you need and the requirements of the organisation receiving it.
Begin with your objective
Tell us what you need.
Send a short enquiry with the service, country, issuing or receiving organisation and any deadline. Include the recipient’s instructions if you have them. Please leave out sensitive attachments at this stage.
Scope before commitment
Understand the proposed work.
If the service can be offered, the proposed scope, required evidence, charges, estimated timing and limitations would be explained before an engagement is accepted. Any necessary source authorisation or provider involvement would be identified.
The appropriate route
Agree how to proceed.
Document submission, consent and identity requirements depend on the service. Instructions would be provided for the agreed process. Account access, where available, is separate from document transfer. Follow the submission instructions agreed for your case.
An understandable outcome
Know what the result means.
The agreed outcome should explain the work completed, the evidence used and any limitations. The receiving organisation remains responsible for deciding whether it meets its requirements.
