About the website
IQVS stands for International Qualification Verification Service. This website introduces the proposed IQVS service areas while preparations for launch continue. For website or service enquiries, contact info@iqvs.co.uk.
The website currently provides information and email contact details. It does not offer an operational checkout, client account, document upload, course enrolment, online examination or certificate-checking facility.
Enquiries and service agreements
Sending an enquiry, receiving an initial reply or viewing a service description does not place an order or confirm that work has been accepted.
A service engagement will only be accepted through express written confirmation from IQVS identifying the agreed scope and applicable terms. Any fees, payment arrangements, document requirements, estimated timescales and relevant cancellation information must be agreed or provided before that acceptance. Separate agreed service terms will apply to an accepted engagement.
Please do not send sensitive documents in an initial enquiry. Document submission and any necessary authorisation or identity checks must follow the process agreed for the particular service.
Descriptions of proposed services
Verification, evaluation and translation address different questions. Verification seeks confirmation from a source; evaluation interprets evidence within an identified context; translation conveys the content in another language. Their scope and limitations must be defined for the individual engagement.
A reference to a proposed service is not a claim of accreditation, official recognition, a current provider partnership or guaranteed acceptance. A receiving organisation decides whether a report, translation or certificate meets its own requirements.
DBS support and private online learning remain subject to confirmed delivery arrangements. Where learning is later offered, each course must state its content, assessment and certificate criteria before enrolment opens.
Using website information
Website information may change as the proposed services develop. Check the current requirements with the organisation receiving your documents or results. General website descriptions are not an individual assessment or a substitute for advice relevant to your circumstances.
You may view, download and print website information for your own lawful use. Applicable intellectual-property rights remain with their owners. Do not misrepresent your connection with IQVS, interfere with the website or use its content in a misleading way.
